Xander is a young business that provides access to grass roots talent in priority skill areas, whilst at the same time complementing and supplementing your diversity and inclusion agenda. Xander recruits Associates across graduates, school-leavers, returners to work and ex-military services. It trains and upskills them in priority skill areas such as project management, change management, software engineering, data engineering and assigns them to clients - with the option for the Associates to form part of the client permanent headcount over time.
Xander puts diversity and inclusion at the core of its business model – actively seeking to develop cohorts of high potential talent as inclusive as wider society. It works closely with social enterprises and charities, giving Associates the opportunity to support these charities and enhance / develop their personal and social purpose. theMakings is turning traditional coaching on its head, focusing on coaching for millennials and Gen Z - ‘coaching in’ new skills with the next generation of leaders, rather than ‘coaching out’ established practices in more mature individuals! A young, vibrant company, that has designed its operating model and user experience to resonate with a younger audience - not an easy task given the tech savvy, highly conscious / purposeful, ‘always connected’ nature of these folks!.
